Built by ACTSI's Biomedical Informatics Program, Eureka! is a tool for creating data registries for research from clinical data warehouses and supports clinical phenotyping.

Eureka! Clinical Analytics enables biomedical researchers to create databases containing clinical data of interest for cohort discovery and analysis. As a researcher, you specify a data source, and you specify your own cohort definitions in a web user interface as temporal patterns in the longitudinal medical record. The software then computes when patients in your dataset match each cohort definition, and it loads your data and cohort matches into an instance of i2b2. From i2b2, you can query and extract your data and cohorts any way you like.
